Following the critically acclaimed tour of Quidam, Cirque Du Soleil, is to return with an arena tour of its vibrant signature production Saltimbanco.

Songs of Praise started in 2005 as a way to inject some fun into a club culture that was becoming increasingly dull and uptight, two fingers if you will to those who were taking themselves a little too seriously. It was soon obvious that we had tapped a vein of purest mental in the Dublin scene. Rock + Roll, Punk, alternative Karaoke with DJ Montane wrecking the gaff in-between performances, a simple and somewhat daft plan.

 

Aidan Harte's 'Inferno' is a collection inspired by the notorious Italian masterpiece. Dante cast a cold eye on society and it's an example the artist takes seriously with sculptures and etchings in an impassioned Expressionist style. Official opening at 7pm on June 18th.

Fans battled through the treacherous snow and elements in January to catch Keith in his most controversial and outrageous show to date and were not left disappointed. Many people who showed up hoping to buy tickets at the door were unfortunately turned away as Keith took to the stage in a jam packed sold out theatre.

 

 

Ladlane formed in 2004 in Dublin. The band features Eugene Quinn from Templeogue, Dublin on guitar/banjo/vocals, Ray Dempsey from Ballyduff, Co. Waterford on accordion and Colm Keane from somewhere in north county Dublin on fiddle/vocals.

Opinions are challenged, suspicions aroused and tempers flare as their daily lives unravel into a saga to rival even the most outrageous fiction. Director Jim Culleton brings to life this hugely entertaining new play by the popular and celebrated playwright Bernard Farrell (I Do Not Like Thee Doctor Fell, Canaries, Lovers At Versailles) in an evening of wine and cheese, mystery and mayhem. An Abbey Theatre commission.
