Description:
Generations of Irish (and British) forefathers roll in their graves, when the masses in their thousands enter the hallowed gates to attend one-day events for the likes of Ash, Divine Comedy and Snow Patrol (all of whom, interestingly, are Northern Irish). In fact, it's quite a nice little venue, as it's closed on four sides, retaining sound quality; large enough to cater for thousands, yet intimate enough not to feel like a stadium gig; whilst all the time being 20 metres from Dame street, right bang in the heart of Dublin city centre. Dates back to 1204 - beat that London, Paris and Berlin!Location: 2, Palace Street, Dublin 2
This event is part of the Music in the Historic Quarter festival.
